The Eternal BOB is a bossfight that can be accessed when a Reaper and Killstreak, both at least 3 kills, a Tycoon not needing a tycoon spawned contrary to popular belief, and a God's Hand using the timestop ability when bob is chasing a person. What bob looks like to targeted players without the dark lighting. This does not apply to all forms of invincibility like Phase and Golden. Visually, bob has a black spherical aura, and touching it while being chased will suck the player in and instantly kill them. Since it moves slower as it moves closer to you, it is possible to outrun bob until it despawns. It will move much faster towards targets which are farther away. The player can kill bob themself if they have rob, or another player with rob can kill bob for them.īob’s speed is determined by how close it is to the player it is chasing. Currently, the only other way to vanquish bob is by having bob touch rob. bob will chase the victim indefinitely until the user targets someone else or they manage to kill it. Note that killing bob this way will not reward the badge. Another way to kill bob is by the targetted player becoming a rock, whether it be from the abilities of Diamond or MEGAROCK/ CUSTOM, or from being turned into a rock by Rocky. When bob dies, a loud scream sound effect will play, and if it is their first time, the player will be rewarded the YOU MONSTER badge, and the Orbit glove. Leading bob into the cube will result in bob dying. Also, from the victim’s perspective, a wide black circular platform will spawn under the Cube of Death, which emits cubic purple particles. When someone is targeted by bob, the sun will set from their perspective, making the map much darker. Once summoned, bob begins to chase and target the nearest player. The glove’s ability, bob, spawns a black humanoid known as 'bob' at the user’s location. Do note that you are slightly pushed back when using the ability, so it is recommended to use it on top of a tree to prevent falling off. It is recommended to grind in a private server with either an alt account, or friend also active in the arena at the same time you are.
The badge requires another player to be in the arena for bob to spawn. There is a 1/7500 (0.0133%) chance of this happening as confirmed by Tencelll.
It requires the bob badge, which is obtained by spawning bob using Replica's ability. Interestingly, instead of having the usual "Press E to use" or "Passive" text on the info banner, it says, "bob really likes people". On the banner, it says that bob's power and speed are "bob" and "bob" respectively, however, by comparing it to other gloves, it can be assumed that bob's power and speed are set around 52 and 16. This animation does not play on the glove’s stand. Visually, the glove has a bare black texture, but bob's face can be seen sliding across the front of the glove when in the main arena.
